2. Price Accuracy
All vehicle prices (ex-showroom, on-road, RTO) displayed on this website are indicative estimates based on publicly available information and may not reflect the exact current prices. Actual prices may vary due to:
- State-wise RTO and road tax differences
- Dealer-level discounts or markups
- Vehicle variant and configuration selected
- Time of purchase (prices change frequently)
- Applicable government subsidies or taxes
Always confirm the exact on-road price with an authorized dealer before making any purchase decision.
3. EMI & Finance Calculations
EMI calculations on this website are approximate and for illustrative purposes only. Actual EMI, interest rates, and loan eligibility depend on your bank, credit score (CIBIL), loan tenure, and other factors. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific interest rates.
4. Trip Calculator & Profitability Estimates
The Trip Calculator provides per-trip profitability estimates based on user-entered data (distance, mileage, fuel price, freight, toll, and other running costs). These results are estimates only and not guaranteed profitability predictions. Actual profits may differ due to:
- Market conditions and freight rate fluctuations
- Unexpected expenses (breakdowns, fines, delays)
- Road conditions, traffic, and weather
- Vehicle condition and actual vs declared mileage
- Changes in diesel prices after calculation
OnRoadCost is not responsible for any business decisions made based on Trip Calculator results.
5. Recovery Fare
The Recovery Fare tool calculates the minimum freight needed to recover the cost of empty/idle days before a trip. This is a mathematical calculation tool, not financial advice. Key points:
- The "Empty Days" input is provided by the user. OnRoadCost does not verify its accuracy.
- Empty Days cost spreading is an approximation method — it divides fixed costs across idle days and adds them to the trip cost.
- Actual minimum viable freight may differ based on factors not captured by this tool.
6. Balance Sheet
The Balance Sheet feature shows a monthly/yearly cash flow view (inflow vs outflow) auto-generated from your saved trip data. This is not an audited financial statement. It is a user-data-based summary for personal reference only. OnRoadCost does not verify the accuracy of the underlying trip data entered by users.
7. Guarantor & Loan Assistance — Disclaimer
Our guarantor matching feature connects borrowers with potential guarantors for informational purposes. Important disclaimers:
- No Guarantee of Finding a Guarantor: Submitting the "I Need a Guarantor" form and paying the one-time ₹10,000 fee does NOT guarantee that a guarantor will be found. Matching depends entirely on the availability and willingness of registered guarantors in your area to respond and agree to assist.
- No Obligation on Registered Guarantors: Persons who register as guarantors do so voluntarily and may decline any request at their sole discretion. OnRoadCost cannot compel any guarantor to accept a borrower's request.
- No Financial Advice: We are not a financial institution, NBFC, bank, or lending company. We do not provide financial advice, loan underwriting, or credit assessment services.
- Due Diligence: OnRoadCost does not verify the identity, creditworthiness, background, criminal record, or financial stability of either borrowers or guarantors. Both parties must independently verify each other before entering into any financial arrangement.
- No Liability for Defaults: OnRoadCost shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner if the borrower defaults on the loan, the guarantor faces legal consequences, or any financial loss occurs to either party.
- Non-Refundable Payment: The one-time ₹10,000 fee paid for accessing the guarantor matching service is non-refundable regardless of outcome. See Refund Policy.
- Platform Role: OnRoadCost (Josh Riders) acts solely as a facilitator/introducer and is NOT a party to any loan agreement, guarantor arrangement, or financial contract between users.
- Earnings Claims: Any reference to guarantor earnings (e.g., ₹2,000–₹10,000 service fee) is indicative and depends on individual negotiations between borrower and guarantor. OnRoadCost does not guarantee any income to guarantors.
By using the guarantor matching service, you acknowledge and accept all the above disclaimers and agree that OnRoadCost bears no responsibility for the outcome of any introduction or match.
7A. Diwali Offer (₹10) — Disclaimer
OnRoadCost is running a limited-period Diwali Offer. Please note the following clearly before paying:
- ₹10 is an introductory offer price for the ₹1,500/year Annual Package — it is not a standalone ₹10 plan.
- The ₹10 payment gives access to the Annual Package until a fixed end date of 31 October 2026 (up to 40 days if you join on the first day of the offer).
- Late joiners get fewer days: Since the access end date is fixed (31 October 2026), anyone joining after 22 September 2026 will get fewer than 40 days. The user is solely responsible for reduced usage due to late joining; no refund, extension, or compensation applies.
- After the 40 days, on 1 November 2026 the full ₹1,500 will be automatically charged via Razorpay auto-debit to renew the yearly subscription.
- The ₹10 payment is non-refundable at all times.
- To avoid the ₹1,500 auto-debit, you must cancel at least 3 (three) days before the 1 November 2026 renewal (i.e., on or before 28 October 2026). If cancelled in time, ₹1,500 is not charged. Once the ₹1,500 is charged on 1 November 2026 it is non-refundable. Cancelling also removes you from the Diwali Offer and forfeits any contest/quiz prize eligibility.
- The Diwali quiz is a skill-based contest. OnRoadCost does not guarantee that any particular participant will win.
- How the winner is selected: The winner is the participant who answers all quiz questions correctly in the least time taken (duration between starting and submitting the quiz, recorded by our system); an exact tie is broken by the earlier submission.
- One entry per person. This is per person, not per mobile number — the same individual using different mobile numbers or multiple accounts will be treated as one person / one entry. OnRoadCost may disqualify duplicate or multiple entries at its sole discretion; repeat attempts are not counted.
- Only 1 (one) winner will be selected. The prize is tyres only, of value up to ₹52,000 (exact model/value may vary), and cannot be encashed, exchanged, or converted to cash — no cash alternative will be given.
- OnRoadCost's decision in selecting the winner is final and binding on all participants; no dispute regarding the selection will be entertained.
- Minimum 10,000 participants: The contest requires a minimum of 10,000 participants. If fewer than 10,000 people participate, the contest will be withdrawn/cancelled and no prize will be awarded (the subscription continues as a normal ₹1,500/year Annual Package).
- Jurisdiction: All disputes relating to this offer or contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
- ⚠️ Fraud & impersonation warning: The only official offer page is https://onroadcost.com/diwali-offer; the only official payment is the ₹10 via our Razorpay checkout on this site. OnRoadCost never asks for any claim/delivery/processing fee, tax, deposit, OTP, card details or UPI PIN to award a prize, and does not run this offer via any other site, app, number, or agent. OnRoadCost / Josh Riders accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, payment or damage arising from fake websites, cloned or look-alike pages, fraudulent messages, fake "you won" calls, or any third party impersonating OnRoadCost.
